Helping Haley Find Peace

When "Haley" first visited Life Forward, she was very discouraged and hopeless. She didn't feel like there was anyone in her life with whom she could share the burdens she was carrying. She wasn't sure how she was going to be a single mom with little support. Haley's Client Educator shared with her the hope of the Gospel and invited her to pray whenever she was feeling discouraged.

A month later, during a follow up phone call, Haley shared that, while the circumstances of her life hadn’t changed much, she'd come to a place of peace. She shared that she prayed for peace for a period of time and said that she was beginning to experience it. She appreciated the support she received from Life Forward and ended the call by saying, “It’s nice to know someone cares."
